Through the door window, Allison spots her sister. Before Jean can stop her, Allison has rushed through the door and over to her diapered sister, in a vain attempt to rescue her from the evil Ms Miller. Unfortunately for Allison, she has touched her sister, and is now transforming into an adult baby. She looks down, and feels a thickly padded diaper between her legs, and she immediately pees herself. Jean and Nicole, still watching through the window, decide that there’s no hope for the sisters, and they continue with their escape plan.
