While changing Lisa’s saturated diaper, Jamie is concerned that her big baby is feeling ill. She decides to check her temperature and leaves to get the thermometer. As she returns, Lisa opens her mouth to receive it and Jamie laughs. “No, no, silly,” she mocks, and she turns Lisa over to have her temperature taken rectally. Lisa cries out in horror.
